What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for central identity, access management, and authentication systems.
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize feature development, ensuring technical feasibility and high scalability.
• Utilize the OKR model to align product goals with business strategy and measure performance metrics.
• Oversee the integration of security capabilities across mobile and web applications to strengthen system posture.
• Conduct discovery and user testing to iterate on solutions based on operational feedback.
• Strategize the implementation of modern generative AI capabilities within product workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering high-impact results.
• Demonstrated expertise with IAM and security features for web and mobile platforms.
• Background in building highly available systems and data-driven end-to-end products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience aligning diverse business and engineering interests.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and data-driven decision making.
• Deep interest in crypto and alignment with the company's mission.
