Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead deep-dive discovery interviews with internal stakeholders and Tier-1 banking clients to identify critical friction points.
• Translate customer needs into strategic roadmaps for Build, IAM, and hirify.global Studio teams.
• Utilize GenAI tools to build functional UI prototypes for rapid validation before production development.
• Partner with engineering and UX teams to ensure platform reliability, security, and performance.
• Act as a primary product advocate, articulating the competitive edge of infrastructure features to external enterprise clients.
• Own success metrics, focusing on improving developer productivity and customer satisfaction outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management with full-cycle product ownership.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI development tools for rapid prototyping.
• Strong fluency in AWS and cloud-native architecture concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate technical conversations with enterprise-scale stakeholders.
• Exceptional English proficiency required for executive-level communication.
• Understanding of multi-cloud environments, IAM, or data orchestration is required.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in Identity (IAM), Encryption (BYOK), or regulatory compliance.
• Experience with FinOps and cloud economics at scale.
