What you will do

• Lead Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops to understand customer planning processes and map them to Blue Ridge capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration and solution design within the Blue Ridge platform.
• Support end‑to‑end implementation of the Blue Ridge Xpression (XPR) platform including forecasting, replenishment, and planning analytics.
• Drive customer adoption through structured solution walkthroughs and training sessions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or supply chain software implementation.
• Experience with forecasting, replenishment, S&OP, or supply planning processes.
• Ability to work directly with customer stakeholders and facilitate structured workshops.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or supply chain software implementation.
• Experience implementing supply chain planning platforms such as Blue Ridge, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or Kinaxis.
• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Experience in consulting or SaaS implementation environments.
