What you will do

• Manage end-to-end data projects, including warehousing, BI, and ML initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of data engineers and analysts across multiple time zones.
• Translate business needs into clear technical roadmaps and milestones.
• Ensure project velocity by mitigating risks and resolving blockers.
• Champion data governance and quality best practices.
• Navigate priorities between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading data-focused projects as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Track record with data platforms, including SQL, cloud analytics, and ETL pipelines.
• English: C1+ professional fluency required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to interface with non-technical executives.
