Location: Flexible remote/hybrid working, Ghana based, Accra preferred

Salary: $40-70k USD

Plexus are working with an emerging USA x African fintech, focused on institutional-grade infrastructure for onchain and onramp transactions.

What you will do

• Lead the establishment of a Ghanaian business entity, setting up the office and documentation to onboard staff members
• Closely support CEO across business operations, expansion, recruiting and People Ops
• Be the main HR provider across the business, owning reporting, Financial Ops and day-to-day business management

Requirements

• Must be from a native Crypto or Fintech background (understanding of Derivatives is essential)
• Strong understanding of finance in emerging markets, as well as how to accurately report and manage finances on and off chain
• Experienced with startup native teams, scaling 0-1 and supporting the entire business cross-functionally
