Partner Programs Lead (SaaS): Designing and executing scalable partner programs, incentives, and business processes to drive global partner success for a leading analytics engineering platform with an accent on partner-led services, enablement, and customer consumption. Focus on developing program frameworks, managing partner funding models (MDF/PDF), and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the partner sales experience.
Location: Must be based in the US
Compensation: $190,000–$220,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Develop and scale strategic partner programs, incentives, and business processes to accelerate partner-led growth.
- Design frameworks that enhance partner delivery capability, adoption of products, and service realization.
- Own and evolve Partner Development Funds and Cloud Funding programs to drive co-sell acceleration.
- Monitor program performance using data-driven insights to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Create program documentation including benefits, rules of engagement, and enablement materials.
- Collaborate across functional teams to improve partner and sales experience within the program infrastructure.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 4+ years of experience in channel programs, operations, partner marketing/sales, or incentive management.
- Deep understanding of channel partner business models within the cloud and software ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing partner programs that align with business strategy.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience in business planning and financial modeling.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in partner operations or incentive management.
- Prior experience with the dbt platform.
