What you will do

  • Prospect, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships within the UK.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle including onboarding, integration, and launch.
  • Own commercial negotiations and partnership economics to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Drive product adoption, cross-sell opportunities, and KPI performance post-launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve execution issues and optimize operations.
  • Represent the company in meetings with partners, regulators, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Permanent residency in the UK and deep understanding of local insurance market dynamics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, technology, or fintech.
  • Strong capabilities in commercial negotiation, product strategy, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and drive measurable revenue impact.
  • High level of self-drive and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
