What you will do

• Participate in discovery workshops and facilitate discussions regarding process automation and AI transformation.
• Perform comprehensive business analysis activities throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Identify and document business needs, project scope, and functional requirements.
• Support the identification of automation opportunities and define AI-supported workflows.
• Maintain clear, structured documentation and ensure shared understanding with the delivery team.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and BA processes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and document functional requirements.
• Experience or strong interest in AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Ability to perform effective change management and manage evolving requirements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with integration tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Previous experience in discovery or pre-sales activities.
