TL;DR
Mid Business Analyst (Business Analysis): Documenting processes and gathering technical and functional requirements for diverse tech clients with an accent on stakeholder management and problem-solving. Focus on aligning business needs with technical specifications and optimizing operational workflows.
Location: Hybrid: 2 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit)

What you will do
- Gather and document technical and functional requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes.
- Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication between parties.
- Solve complex problems to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with international partners across diverse tech sectors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills for process documentation.
- English and Portuguese language skills at least B2 level.
- Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HR processes.
- Experience with SISQUAL Time Management.
- Understanding of Finance concepts.
- Experience in IT environments.
