What you will do

• Lead scoping and requirements elicitation for data and platform enhancements using eFront Invest.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track delivery progress, managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform impact assessments for changes in data structures, integrations, and reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to support testing, validation, and defect triage.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the Continual Improvement Register.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business or systems analysis within financial services or fund administration.
• Must have strong knowledge of private markets platforms, preferably eFront Invest.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes, data flows, and system interactions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management across technical and business functions.
• Experience with requirements documentation and maintaining traceability in a delivery environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models with backlogs and DevOps boards.
• Understanding of change management, audit, or control environments like ISAE 3402.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Finance.
