- Strong experience designing end‑to‑end services in complex environments.
- Skilled in journey mapping, service blueprints, and systems thinking.
- Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams (UR, IxD, Content, Product)
- Able to translate user needs into clear, actionable service improvements.
- Public‑sector experience highly desirable.

Business Analyst SC Cleared – £425/Day Outside IR35

- Proven background gathering and analysing requirements in government or large programmes.
- Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical and delivery outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery within public‑sector frameworks.
