What you will do
- Manage end-to-end primary research projects, including survey design, sampling, and fieldwork coordination.
- Execute qualitative research tasks such as discussion guide design, interviewing, and moderation.
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and provide strategic consultative guidance to clients.
- Develop high-quality presentations using visual storytelling to communicate key insights.
- Manage client and supplier relationships while balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Delegate tasks and mentor junior team members, setting clear goals and maintaining project schedules.
Requirements
- Degree in business, communications, social/political science, statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in research, ideally within an agency, institute, or client-side role.
- Proficiency in English is a must, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience managing medium to large-scale research projects from start to finish.
- Advanced analytical and numeracy skills with the ability to create visual, insight-driven presentations.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Nice to have
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
- Previous experience in international research.
- Experience within brand, public relations, or consumer marketing insights agencies.
