What you will do

• Perform business analysis on complex transformation programs for insurance clients.
• Gather, analyze, and validate requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Design phased transformation roadmaps connecting people, processes, and technology.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance project productivity and analytical efficiency.
• Support practice management through proposition development, white papers, and thought leadership.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis within the General Insurance industry.
• Full project lifecycle experience including both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience in consulting roles with a focus on business and technology strategy.
• Proficiency in MS Visio and Excel for requirement mapping and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK and Ireland on a weekly basis.
• Degree-educated or holding a recognized business professional qualification.
