What you will do
- Assess and optimize current HR and recruiting technology stacks.
- Design the architecture for people systems including employee lifecycle and workforce data.
- Build and implement internal tools and integrate third-party HR platforms.
- Ensure high standards for data quality, governance, and system security.
- Partner with leadership to align system capabilities with strategic workforce planning.
- Develop and manage the roadmap for all people-related technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing HR, recruiting, or internal operational systems.
- Technical background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding APIs, data models, and system architecture.
- Proven track record of scaling people systems in growing organizations.
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and independent problem-solving.
