What you will do

• Assess and optimize current HR and recruiting technology stacks.
• Design the architecture for people systems including employee lifecycle and workforce data.
• Build and implement internal tools and integrate third-party HR platforms.
• Ensure high standards for data quality, governance, and system security.
• Partner with leadership to align system capabilities with strategic workforce planning.
• Develop and manage the roadmap for all people-related technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing HR, recruiting, or internal operational systems.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding APIs, data models, and system architecture.
• Proven track record of scaling people systems in growing organizations.
• Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and independent problem-solving.
