What you will do

• Lead end-to-end marketplace strategy and operations for a C2C platform.
• Drive cold start execution, including supply acquisition and demand activation.
• Design and optimize supply-demand balance mechanisms to ensure liquidity and efficiency.
• Build and refine trust and safety systems, including user reputation and dispute resolution.
• Develop and implement platform governance frameworks and policies.
• Analyze marketplace data to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in C2C marketplaces or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven track record as an operations leader in P2P/C2C environments.
• Hands-on experience in 0 to 1 marketplace build-out.
• Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and trust mechanisms.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency required for international coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in crypto/Web3 ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketplace optimization.
• Experience working in international or global markets.
