What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between business processes and IT solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Participate in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain documentation and conduct workshops for end users.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in functional analysis.
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of functional analysis methods and process modeling.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural consulting environment.
