What you will do

  • Collect, analyze, and document complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into precise functional specifications for technical development teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized process solutions.
  • Support quality assurance through unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment between business owners and IT execution teams.
  • Prepare professional documentation and progress reports for management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
