What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of the overall growth marketing strategy aligned with business revenue targets.
• Manage complex marketing funnels, A/B testing frameworks, and experimentation roadmaps to drive conversion rates.
• Build and implement robust marketing automation, analytics, and attribution models to measure campaign performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities leveraging emerging marketing technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing with a focus on growth or demand generation.
• Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in crypto, fintech, or complex regulated industries.
• Strong leadership experience including direct management of marketing teams.
• Expertise in ABM strategies, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
