What you will do

  • Improve operational processes across Sales and Operations departments.
  • Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Work directly with development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
  • Create comprehensive user guides and document complex system workflows.
  • Develop deep domain expertise in Automotive Finance products, including Leasing and Hire Purchase.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Thai language proficiency required.
  • Background in Automotive Finance, Leasing, or Hire Purchase.
  • Professional experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with technical and development teams.
  • Strong proficiency in business process analysis and requirement gathering.
