What you will do

• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders.
• Maintain a product backlog according to business value.
• Lead planning for product release and set expectations for delivery.
• Support in mitigating impediments impacting Sprint Goals.
• Triaging issues reported from stakeholders.
• Interface with customers.

Requirements

• Graduate in BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation, Robotics) with 12-15 years of experience.
• Experience in ADAS, Infotainment, or Gateway.
• Hands-on experience in Autosar Architecture and workflows.
• Exposure to Requirements Management tools and Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Good exposure to Automotive SPICE Process.
