What you will do
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and protect wallet share within the assigned region.
- Originate and manage a robust pipeline of institutional opportunities with a focus on stablecoin issuance and cross-border settlement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to treasury clients by understanding their strategic priorities and providing platform-based solutions.
- Structure and negotiate bespoke, multi-product commercial agreements across various business lines including custody, staking, and brokerage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, and compliance teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry events and build deep relationships with senior external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City and available to work on-site.
- Fluent command of English required.
- Demonstrated experience in financial services, ideally within a bank, payment service provider, or clearing network.
- Strong expertise in stablecoins and a deep understanding of banking operations.
- Proven ability to originate, structure, and close complex commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive presence.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management.
- Existing network of institutional financial clients.
- Interest in or prior exposure to blockchain and broader cryptocurrency markets.
