Location: Must be based in New York City and available to work on-site.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and protect wallet share within the assigned region.
  • Originate and manage a robust pipeline of institutional opportunities with a focus on stablecoin issuance and cross-border settlement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to treasury clients by understanding their strategic priorities and providing platform-based solutions.
  • Structure and negotiate bespoke, multi-product commercial agreements across various business lines including custody, staking, and brokerage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, and compliance teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry events and build deep relationships with senior external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City and available to work on-site.
  • Fluent command of English required.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services, ideally within a bank, payment service provider, or clearing network.
  • Strong expertise in stablecoins and a deep understanding of banking operations.
  • Proven ability to originate, structure, and close complex commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive presence.

Nice to have

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management.
  • Existing network of institutional financial clients.
  • Interest in or prior exposure to blockchain and broader cryptocurrency markets.
