What you will do

• Manage Salesforce data, dashboards, workflows, and system hygiene to ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to deliver actionable insights on pipeline, conversion, and trends.
• Validate opportunity values to ensure alignment with pricing, discounting, and revenue recognition policies.
• Execute the NPS Customer Experience program and perform engagement analysis.
• Support process improvement rollouts and ensure alignment with global sales policies.
• Assist with forecasting and revenue tracking to maintain commercial clarity.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or commercial finance.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting (dashboards/workflows).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and forecasting.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
