What you will do

• Manage accounts and partners from initial setup through to renewal.
• Support the launch of partner salary sacrifice schemes to drive employee engagement.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients to pitch strategies and new products.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure service delivery.
• Support partner enablement activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market and competitor data to contribute to future business growth.

Requirements

• Available for full-time internship: July 6th - August 28th
• Open only to candidates identifying with a Black, Black British, African or Caribbean background
• Track record of excellence in customer experience or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving business.
• Genuine passion for energy, decarbonization, and Electric Vehicles.
