  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for contract roles in the energy sector.

  • Conduct interviews and provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.
  • Drive business growth by winning new roles and maximizing account potential.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets in a high-stakes, sales-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a recruitment consultant.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Strong capability in headhunting and relationship-based recruitment.
  • Commercial mindset with resilience and motivation to grow a desk.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Confidence in qualifying client requirements and market research.
