Salary: $165,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Educate engineering teams on the value of the Apollo Graph Platform and guide the rollout of federated graphs.
• Serve as a primary technical advisor for enterprise customers from initial POC through production deployment.
• Understand customer roadmaps, architecture, and culture to devise tailored solutions for graph adoption.
• Identify opportunities to maximize business value and grow accounts through technical advocacy.
• Contribute to internal improvements in documentation, OSS libraries, and the platform based on customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal tech leads to address real-world issues faced by customers.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
• Strong technical background in enterprise data delivery and API design.
• Expertise in GraphQL and familiarity with distributed architectures.
• Ability to create code samples and conduct code reviews for other engineers.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building trusted engineer-to-engineer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
