Location: Fully remote, open to candidates based in Germany, the UK, Portugal, the Netherlands, or Spain.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for key accounts, fostering executive-level relationships and conducting regular QBRs.
- Help clients resolve complex business challenges using systematic consumer research and strategic guidance.
- Lead high-impact client workshops and training sessions to promote product usage and market research best practices.
- Monitor customer health scores and proactively identify opportunities for growth while mitigating churn risks.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback to Product, Research, and Marketing teams.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to contribute to overall team development and excellence.
Requirements
- Native German skills and fluency in English are mandatory.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B customer success, account management, or management consulting, ideally within SaaS or market research.
- Strong background in data-driven solutions or market research methodologies.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environments.
- Ability to present complex data with executive presence and clarity.
- Must be based in Germany, the UK, Portugal, the Netherlands, or Spain.
