TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (DACH): Managing and elevating a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts with an accent on driving ROI through data-driven insights and market research. Focus on building executive-level relationships, providing strategic consultancy, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve product adoption and client satisfaction.

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates based in Germany, the UK, Portugal, the Netherlands, or Spain.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for key accounts, fostering executive-level relationships and conducting regular QBRs.
  • Help clients resolve complex business challenges using systematic consumer research and strategic guidance.
  • Lead high-impact client workshops and training sessions to promote product usage and market research best practices.
  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively identify opportunities for growth while mitigating churn risks.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback to Product, Research, and Marketing teams.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to contribute to overall team development and excellence.

Requirements

  • Native German skills and fluency in English are mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B customer success, account management, or management consulting, ideally within SaaS or market research.
  • Strong background in data-driven solutions or market research methodologies.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environments.
  • Ability to present complex data with executive presence and clarity.
  • Must be based in Germany, the UK, Portugal, the Netherlands, or Spain.
