What you will do

• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Services Architects to drive performance and career growth.
• Provide senior-level architectural oversight for complex enterprise-scale data implementations.
• Review and guide solution designs to ensure scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Support pre-sales technical validation, scoping, and stakeholder management.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure architectural design aligns with business outcomes and value realization.
• Balance delivery quality with operational capacity, forecasting, and resource management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or professional services.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship role for technical teams.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Synapse.
• Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into scalable technical architectures.
• Experience in pre-sales technical validation and services scoping.
• Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
