TL;DR

Director, Partner Success (Resell): Leading and developing high-performing teams to drive strategic alignment and partner value within the resale channel with an accent on executive relationship management and operational excellence. Location: Based in London, UK (Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Success Managers and Implementation Engineers.
  • Provide high-level strategic oversight for major resale partner relationships to ensure long-term retention and growth.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with key resell clients and serve as a trusted executive advisor.
  • Represent the company at global sales kickoffs, industry events, and partner summits.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor partner health and performance metrics to drive consistency in engagement models and process execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Channel/Reseller management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence senior-level stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30% internationally for partner meetings and regional initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand complex technical solutions.
