What you will do

• Manage scheduling and logistics for a team distributed across a 16-hour timezone span.
• Prepare and facilitate recurring platform meetings, including leadership syncs and roadmap reviews.
• Maintain the platform intake process to ensure customer requests are triaged and tracked effectively.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies between platform deliverables and customer teams.
• Publish regular status updates to stakeholders regarding progress, milestones, and project health.
• Document platform processes and decisions in Confluence to ensure operational consistency.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of program or project management experience in technology or platform organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-team dependencies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for reporting and documentation.
• Strong written communication skills for producing status updates and operational materials.
• Must be located within the specified European regions for alignment with the distributed team.
