What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical partner for financial services customers, including hedge funds and quant trading firms.
• Drive platform adoption by helping customers build, train, and deploy AI models at scale in production.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Field Engineers to identify expansion opportunities and ensure technical success.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer to influence product feedback and resolve technical blockers.
• Build PoCs and demos to solve real-world customer problems using hirify.global's infrastructure and tooling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical field engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LLM architectures (training, fine-tuning, deployment).
• Proven experience working with financial services clients (banks, hedge funds, asset managers).
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GPU infrastructure (NVIDIA H100/B200, InfiniBand).
• Experience with PyTorch, vLLM, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience using Kubernetes or Slurm for ML job orchestration.
• Background in MLOps or LLMOps.
