Salary: $166,000–$210,000

What you will do

• Architect, develop, test, and deploy significant customer-facing features across the full stack.
• Collaborate with PMs and designers to translate product visions into concrete technical roadmaps.
• Lead multi-engineer projects by scoping work, delegating tasks, and facilitating technical discussions.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of growth within the engineering department.
• Iterate on solutions based on direct feedback from clients and product teams.
• Ensure code robustness and scalability through thorough testing and peer reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in developing production-ready software.
• Proven expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong command of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with mandatory presence in New York City 2 days per week.
• Experience in leading multi-engineer projects and defining technical requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech or the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Python (Django) or Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Experience with AWS and Docker.
