What you will do

• Build and enhance Tinman, the AI platform driving SaaS and mortgage operations.
• Design and implement robust, scalable APIs integrated with mortgage and partner compliance systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders and operations teams to identify friction points and design efficient workflows.
• Collaborate on evolving SaaS offerings and supporting tenanted partner integrations.
• Contribute to establishing the Dallas-area engineering identity and culture from the ground up.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Irving, Texas.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
• Ability to work directly with business users and operations teams to deliver pragmatic solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, proptech, or regulated data environments.
• Familiarity with mortgage technology or B2B2C SaaS platforms.
• Background in systems integration, workflow automation, or data processing pipelines.
