What you will do
- Identify and research potential client companies and hiring opportunities globally.
- Build and qualify outbound prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles using sales tools and LinkedIn.
- Support and execute multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Personalize prospect communication using insights regarding hiring needs, funding, and growth.
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM and track pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with recruitment and leadership teams to turn leads into active hiring projects.
Requirements
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required (written and spoken).
- Strong research skills and effective written communication.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Interest in technology, startups, AI/ML, or the recruitment industry.
