What you will do

• Write code to help users leverage infrastructure stack.
• Design, scale, and optimize customer use cases ranging from smart contract automation to data pipelines.
• Act as a technical point of contact for strategic accounts to navigate blockers and plan future architecture.
• Gather product insights from the developer community to drive roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and BD to close user feedback loops.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and integration for top-tier blockchain teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong foundation in systems design, APIs, and distributed architecture.
• Experience working directly with customers in B2B SaaS or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical builders and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for blockchain and Web3 infrastructure.
