What you will do

• Own the full technical lifecycle for customers from pre-sales validation through go-live.
• Translate complex protocol concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Write scripts and code to configure infrastructure, debug integrations, and tailor blockchains to production requirements.
• Partner with GTM, Engineering, and Product teams to validate feasibility and close sales engagements.
• Identify recurring friction points in onboarding to improve product documentation and internal tooling.
• Manage multiple high-stakes customer projects simultaneously while ensuring technical tradeoffs meet project goals.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Engineering, Implementation engineering, or Developer Success in B2B or infrastructure environments.
• Expertise in the web3 stack such as rollups, L1 protocols, or infrastructure tooling.
• Proficiency in scripting or coding with TypeScript, Python, or Go.
• Ability to lead high-stakes technical conversations and manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong background in systems thinking and balancing high-level architectural decisions with hands-on execution.
• Must be based in the US to fulfill the requirements of this role.
