About the Role

You will design, build, and scale high-performance crypto brokerage systems that power trading and custody. You will own end-to-end feature development from architecture through testing and deployment, optimize performance and operational efficiency, participate in code reviews and system design discussions, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and mentor more junior engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in at least one of Golang, Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++, Python
• Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining production services
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for learning and applying new technologies

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade crypto brokerage systems
• Own end-to-end feature development from architecture to deployment
• Optimize performance and operational efficiency of existing systems
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver features
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and system design
• Stay up-to-date with crypto infrastructure and distributed systems developments
• Mentor junior engineers
