hirify.global is an IT firm specializing in web, mobile, low-code, and AI solutions with development centers in Poland and Lithuania and a US presence.

What you will do

  • Independently generate and manage an outbound sales pipeline using LinkedIn, email, and Upwork.
  • Represent the company at international industry conferences and tech events to build networks.
  • Conduct intro calls and qualify leads to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Lead the presale process by collaborating with the delivery team on scoping and estimations.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals for potential clients.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with smaller accounts and facilitate handovers to the Account Management team for larger clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience within IT services or custom software development.
  • Proven track record of closing deals worth $100K+ and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, AI solutions, and custom development platforms.
  • Valid visa and willingness to travel regularly across Europe and the US required.
  • English: C1 (Advanced) proficiency required.
