What you will do
- Independently generate and manage an outbound sales pipeline using LinkedIn, email, and Upwork.
- Represent the company at international industry conferences and tech events to build networks.
- Conduct intro calls and qualify leads to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Lead the presale process by collaborating with the delivery team on scoping and estimations.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals for potential clients.
- Manage ongoing relationships with smaller accounts and facilitate handovers to the Account Management team for larger clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience within IT services or custom software development.
- Proven track record of closing deals worth $100K+ and managing complex sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, AI solutions, and custom development platforms.
- Valid visa and willingness to travel regularly across Europe and the US required.
- English: C1 (Advanced) proficiency required.
