What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy ML models and compound AI systems for ranking, intent recognition, and agentic workflows.
- Manage the full ML lifecycle from raw data preparation and feature engineering to production deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems using AI and statistical methods.
- Apply data-driven decision-making and manipulate large datasets using SQL and PySpark.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and model insights to non-technical partners and leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a master’s degree.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience working with large real-world datasets and data pipelining.
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts, AWS, and data cleansing using SQL/PySpark.
Nice to have
- Experience with MLFlow, AWS SageMaker, and Bedrock.
- Infrastructure knowledge (Kubernetes) and cloud cost-awareness.
- Experience with feature stores and model-as-a-service architectures.
