What you will do

• Oversee the operations of the DTC ecosystem, ensuring stability and SLA compliance.
• Manage day-to-day L2/L3 incidents, service requests, and root cause analysis.
• Act as the primary IT contact for business stakeholders, translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate releases, migrations, and system updates while maintaining architectural standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to own platform governance and non-functional requirements.
• Support team members and ensure adherence to IT policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Core architecture, development, or support.
• Practical knowledge in at least two areas: Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, or Data 360.
• Proven experience in Service Delivery, Incident Management, or Operations (ITIL preferred).
• Fluency in English and ability to work in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills and high ownership mindset.

• Exposure to Retail and E-commerce environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Order Management.
