What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR process advisor, providing expert guidance on operations and employment legislation.
• Own the HR process implementation for client environments within the HRNET application.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional system solutions.
• Deliver user training sessions and workshops for key stakeholders.
• Conduct data and process testing to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to drive product and process improvements.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of HR processes and labour legislation.
• Experience advising stakeholders on HR operations and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, law, HR, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills for translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
