What you will do

• Own the full implementation journey, from gathering client requirements to successful delivery and ongoing improvement.
• Design and tailor scalable automation solutions that align with specific customer workflows and business objectives.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate client needs into system adaptations and ensure seamless technical integration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them realize the full potential of the automation platform.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored implementation plans that drive deep product adoption.
• Act as a feedback loop for the product team to influence long-term platform evolution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Fluent in German and English with confidence in presenting to native-speaking clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of translating business complexity into technical action.
• Must be able to relocate for the initial one-month onboarding in Zurich.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
