What you will do

• Lead solution design, implementation planning, and product demonstrations for WFM solutions.
• Partner with strategic customers to understand complex workforce management and scheduling requirements.
• Support sales teams by managing RFP responses and creating tailored, high-impact proposals.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentoring to the consulting team.
• Translate complex technical configurations into measurable business value for executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless solution delivery and long-term customer success.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Proven technical and functional expertise in Workforce Management solutions or equivalent systems.
• Experience with backend systems, scheduling engines, and workforce planning tools.
• Strong background in presenting complex enterprise software to executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Aschheim, Germany.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, French, or Nordic languages.
• Previous experience with ERP or HCM cloud suites.
• Experience influencing product development strategy in a large-scale environment.
