What you will do
- Identify and support distributor relationships within the Greater China region.
- Drive alternative product sales by providing technical expertise to sales teams and investment advisors.
- Communicate investment processes, portfolio positioning, and analysis of investment results to key stakeholders.
- Develop and conduct educational training programs for distributors and client advisors.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns and analyze market positioning for alternative investment products.
- Collaborate with the Alternative Capital Formation team to optimize client relationship management.
Requirements
- 7 - 10 years of experience in sales or client servicing within the financial sector.
- Strong background and technical knowledge of alternative investment products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for high-level client relationship management.
- Resilient temperament with a proactive, high-energy sales approach.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, present, and close complex investment sales opportunities.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within global teams.
