What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end finance operations organization across O2C, P2P, and R2R within China.
• Ensure operational stability, service quality, internal control adherence, and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Manage and develop functional managers and operational teams to build a high-performance culture of accountability.
• Drive process harmonization, standardization, and automation to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary leadership interface between regional business leadership and the global GBS organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
• Proven leadership experience across multiple finance process towers (O2C, P2P, and R2R).
• Deep understanding of China's finance operations and local compliance landscape.
• Experience leading operational transformation and organizational change initiatives in multinational organizations.
• Strong operational systems knowledge, preferably in SAP-based environments.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Must be based in Beijing, China.
