What you will do

• Lead a GL team of 8 managing A/R and A/P functions across 22 legal entities.
• Oversee month-end closing, consolidation reviews, revenue recognition, and reconciliation of accrued and deferred income.
• Manage business direct costs, including subcontractor and travel costs, to drive margin improvement.
• Handle Transfer Pricing (TP) calculations and monitor intercompany (IC) balances and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with FBPs on working capital health checks and weekly invoicing KPI monitoring.
• Lead the preparation of schedules for external audits, tax filings, and statutory account reconciliation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hong Kong.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of total experience, with over 8 years in a people management role in accounting or FP&A.
• Experience working within a multinational company.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and tools such as SAP, Navision, Dynamic, or BPC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effectiveness in a multicultural environment.
