About the Role

You will establish and manage deep partnerships with public blockchains, Layer2s and leading projects to bring grants and ecosystem resources. You will drive integrations between the wallet and DApps/protocols, negotiate resources, and coordinate online and offline marketing events. You will oversee customer service operations, define SOPs, use data to improve response and resolution rates, collect user feedback and perform competitive analysis. You will build and manage the operations team, break down goals, and empower team members to execute effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3–5 years experience in Web3 or cryptocurrency operations or business development
  • In-depth understanding of hardware wallet and self-custody sector
  • Familiarity with mainstream public blockchain ecosystems
  • Extensive network with Web3 projects, foundations, investors or KOLs
  • Proven track record securing grants or ecosystem funding
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong business negotiation and resource integration skills
  • User-centric mindset and ability to optimize customer experience
  • High ownership, self-motivation and results orientation
  • Experience in team management or customer service collaboration preferred
