What you will do

• Oversee daily exchange wallet operations, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures.
• Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events, and testing.
• Collaborate with the security team to respond to incidents and implement safeguards.
• Automate repetitive tasks and analyze transaction data to recommend system improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders and Customer Support to solve customer pain-points.

Requirements

• 2+ years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role.
• Proficiency with blockchain explorers such as Etherscan.
• Understanding of UTXO, EVM, and multi-signature wallets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.
• Must be based in Asia.
