What you will do

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for the industry's highest-converting crypto checkout product.
• Own all facets of a product area, from crafting the vision to final execution.
• Develop solutions spanning a mix of off-chain and completely on-chain protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, legal, and operations.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy and measure product success.
• Make critical technical and business trade-offs to achieve alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management and strategy.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Technical background, such as previous experience as a SWE, Protocol Engineer, or Data Analyst.
• Hands-on crypto experience, including interacting with Ethereum addresses, ENS, and dApps.
• Proven track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous projects in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience specifically within the Crypto/Web3 industry.
• Experience mentoring other product managers or engineers.
