Salary: $128,900.00-$157,500.00

What you will do

• Lead and participate in cross-functional programs & initiatives that drive Retail Delivery strategic priorities.
• Own frontline activation strategy for product initiatives and campaigns.
• Help shape and manage Retail Delivery’s strategic direction, translating enterprise goals into clear plans, priorities, and execution frameworks.
• Lead the execution of people and talent strategies, including sales and service enablement.
• Collaborate with leaders across Retail, Learning & Development, Product, Marketing, and external partners, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Ensure programs and processes comply with applicable federal and state regulations, partnering with internal teams to manage risk and maintain operational integrity.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in business, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Five to seven years of experience leading large‑scale programs, execution, or enablement efforts.
• Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating project teams.
• Self-directed and able to identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, influence, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision required.
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Five years of experience in operations management and/or project management.
• Experience working with product and marketing teams desired.
• Experience enabling front line staff in a sales and/or retail environment, preferably in the financial services industry.
