hirify.global is seeking a Marketing Manager, Entertainment to lead the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across our growing entertainment portfolio, including film, television, streaming, and live events.

What you will do

• Lead development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across film, television, streaming, and live events.
• Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable campaign plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Partner with creative teams to develop compelling, breakthrough campaign assets.
• Drive audience growth and engagement across digital channels, including social, email, and distribution platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize for improved results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, production, and growth teams to ensure alignment across all initiatives.

Requirements

• Background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
• Experience marketing entertainment content (film, television, streaming, or live events).
• Proven success executing full-funnel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., ticket sales, subscriptions).
• Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer and subscription-based business models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams from strategy through execution.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
